Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair while accounting for park fees we must pay in advance:

  • 60+ days before: Full refund minus $200 admin fee
  • 30-59 days before: 75% refund
  • 15-29 days before: 50% refund
  • 0-14 days before: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations.
